MyFoodDiary.com In The Media

"I have a new obsession, and one that is actually good for me. My friends tease that I'm the last to know about it, but because I'm convinced I cannot possibly be the last person to know about anything (Next to last, maybe. Last, no), I thought I'd pass along this valuable information. The obsession is MyFoodDiary.com."

"A staffer for this magazine has lost 75 pounds since January 2005 and has become fast friends with a circle of people who joined the same discussion forum on MyFoodDiary.com.  They're planning a get-together in Chicago this summer, and participants will fly in from as far away as Dallas and Canada to meet their diet buddies in person."

For all of my fellow dieters out there, I've got a Web site that you need to check out.  It's called www.myfooddiary.com.  It is an amazing food tracker program.  You put in the food item and it calculates fat, calories, etc.  It even has hundreds of different restaurants and their items listed.  It will blow you away.
