Food Diary

The food diary is simply a diet journal.  It enables you to quickly and easily record the foods you have consumed.  There are 3 ways you can enter your food data: 1) Pick items from your fridge, 2) Search for items in our database, or 3) Enter a new item if you cannot find it in our database.
