Daily Report

Our members receive a daily report that provides a summary of the day's activities.

Food Intake
The daily food summary is categorized by meal.  This enables our members to see when they are consuming most of their calories.  We have also included a detailed daily report and a graph to help our members visualize this information.

Exercise Summary
The exercise data is also summarized on the daily report.  We provide our members with the total number of minutes exercised and the total number of calories burned.

Helpful Tips & Information
Healthy habits are composed of individual days and individual acts.  In an effort to help our members understand the importance of a single day, we included a feature entitled "If every day were like today..."  This feature estimates a member's weight in 1 month and in 3 months if the member continues the same eating and exercise habits as today.

We have also included an "At a glance ..." section that gives our members well-deserved pats on the back.  We also help identify areas for improvement.
