We'll take the information that you have entered and give you suggestions about how to improve your diet or how to stay within your calorie goals. In addition to counting calories, our system provides healthy tips on ways to improve the quality of your diet. For example, are you eating enough fiber? Are you increasing your risk for heart disease by eating too many saturated fats and too much cholesterol? How is your calcium and iron intake? Over time, you can answer these questions and improve your long-term eating habits.
MyFoodDiary.com also contains an exercise diary that allows you to compute the calories burned for 600+ activities. Simply select the activity and enter the number of minutes. Our system will calculate the calories burned based on your body type.

The true power of our system lies in our motivational charts & reports. Each report or chart is customized to the individual needs of our members. Members can view their progress over time, receive personal tips, and even see what they would weigh in 3 months if every day were like today.
